Jeremy Clarkson can’t come up with name for show
In his recent column in the Sunday Times UK, Jeremy Clarkson said that he was having trouble with finding a name for his new car show.
The new Amazon Prime car show, which will be co-hosted by his former Top Gear team mates, Richard Hammond and James May, is set to feature some exotic locations such as Barbados and Marrakesh.
Various reports mentioned some of Clarkson’s name suggestions such as: Skid Mark, Gear Knobs, Prime Torque and Automates.
Clarkson mentioned that the biggest problem with choosing a name is finding one that hasn’t already been used. He also tweeted that Gear Knobs, for legal reasons, also wasn’t an option because it includes the word ‘gear’.
Thanks for your suggestions. But be aware: for legal reasons, we cannot use a name with the word “gear” in it.

“The show will sit on the internet like (and this is what I think) a small puddle of excellence,” said Clarkson in a forum discussion with his two co-presenters.
James May then suggests that nobody speak until one of them had a good idea.
