‘Fast and Furious 7’ to use Paul Walker body double and CGI
When the beautiful Paul Walker died in a car accident last year, filming of the 7th instalment of ‘Fast and Furious’ was already under way. It as due out July 11 this year. Universal Studios took a moment to figure out what it was going to do, in the meantime the screenwriter rewrote the script and so filming resumed.
According to the New York Daily, the scenes that still require Walker will go ahead with use of four body doubles with Walker’s face and voice laid over that with CGI. It was decided that Walker’s character, FBI detective Brian O’Connor, would retire instead of being killed off. It’s way to pay tribute to Paul Walker. The film is expected to be released in April 2015.
