R200 000 worth of jamming devices recovered
It’s always great news when police make a bust such as this. Jamming involves blocking a car remote with a household remote or device and this particular case involves mostly hijackings of trucks.
According to News24, jamming devices with a street value of R200 000 were recovered and one person arrested in Midrand on Thursday afternoon.
The police confiscated 17 jamming devices and arrested a 24-year-old person who now faces charges of contravening the Electronic Communications Act.
