Toyota is excelling within the MPV sector – it has the Innova, Verso and, of course, the Avanza, which has been around for a number of years. But now the next-generation Avanza has been launched, and it’s considerably more spacious than before. The space has been achieved in many a novel way (for instance, the front seatbacks have been made thinner, increasing knee space in the second row by 20mm). The interior is also more car-like; the previous one was slightly more utilitarian.
