WATCH: Overloaded taxi carrying 32 passengers (excluding driver) impounded!

As stated by the traffic officials in this video, the legal passenger load capacity for these vehicles is 14. This taxi, however, was carrying 32 passengers (excluding the driver) before it was pulled over and impounded by officials at Erica Drive and Chestnut Way in Belhar on Thursday 15 June 2017.
