Fourth burglar involved in M3 crash dies in hospital
Yesterday’s horror crash on the M3 in Cape Town left three of the men suspected of a house break-in dead and one sent off to hospital. Police confirmed that before the crash, the four men had burgled a house in Diep River.
The suspects were spotted and pursued by a private security company which lead to a high-speed chase where the suspects drove their Toyota Corolla on the wrong side of the road and collided with two oncoming vehicles.
According to Arrive Alive, the fourth man, who was also trapped in the overturned vehicle sustained multiple injuries, leaving him in a critical condition. The jaws-of-life was used to free him before sending him off for treatment.
