Most Popular cars of 2014
The Toyota Hilux is the top selling car at the moment in South Africa. It had reclaimed the position of the number 1 selling car in February, after the VW Polo Vivo had been number one in the beginning of the year in January. The Polo Vivo dropped down to number two and straight after that is the Toyota Etios that climbed up to number three with its second best monthly market share ever in March. However in April, the Toyota Etios dropped down again with the Polo taking its place at number 3.
Other cars that have been selling above average in South Africa in March is the Renault Duster and Sandero both up 7 spots to number 20 and number 22 respectively. The BMW 2 Series landing at number 73 with 124 sales for its first month in the country’s market.
