Teen crashes rare $3.4 million custom Pagani Huayra Roadster

Gage Gillean (17) wrapped his dad’s purple Pagani Huayra Roadster worth $3.4-million (R52,461,660) around a tree in Dallas, Texas.

His father, Tim Gillean is the founder of private equity firm Cross Equities. The car was 1 of 1, custom made in purple carbon fibre.

Gillean’s son sustained minor injuries and blamed the crash on low tyre pressure, according to the New York Post.

The exotic car is Italian-made and can reach 96km in 3 seconds.

There are only around 100 of these cars across the world, according to carbuzz.com.
