Should this Rav4 murder ad have been banned?

This banned Toyota Rav4 ad is a few years old, however it still does get a lot of attention over the concept: murdering your spouse to get the chance to drive the Rav4.
What do you think – does this ad get your attention, or is it simply to tasteless for you to bare?
