Bystanders catch robbers dressed like police in the streets of Cape Town

Suspected armed robbers dressed in police uniform and three other suspects were arrested Monday afternoon in the streets of the city center by bystanders after they allegedly wanted to rob a mobile phone shop. Watch the footage here.
