Footage of a fatal accident that will hopefully warn people against speeding

This video was posted of an Audi R8 Spyder which is doing about 122 km/h in a 48 km/h zone. The driver ploughs in to a Ford Fiesta killing the passenger. England’s West Midlands Police released the CCTV footage, possibly in the hope of deterring people from speeding.

The driver of the R8 and his passenger fled the scene but were later apprehended and arrested. The driver is serving a six year prison sentence.

The question still looms in South Africa, should we reduce the speed limit?
