Taxi hits cyclist in emergency lane [GRAPHIC FOOTAGE]

Dash Cam footage shows a shocking incident of a taxi driving into a cyclist in the emergency lane on Christiaan de Wet drive.

According to the Randburg Sun the taxi driver allegedly got away with only one fine!

The incident occured on Tuesday this week (15 November 2016) and the fortunate for the cyclist, he only sustained minor injuries.
