How scary is this video of a truck crashing in to a barrier?

Watch as this Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI) former Blue Bell ice cream delivery truck smashes in to a steel barrier at about 80 km/h.
The test was conducted last week as part of TTI’s contract with the American government to test perimeter security devices. These devices are meant to stop terrorist vehicles from breaching barriers, preventing possible attacks.
