The Ford Fiesta 2013
I recently had the pleasure of driving the new Ford Fiesta. What a pleasure. We drove with the lovely people from Ford from Cape Town International Airport all the way to the beautiful winelands town of Robertson. What a smooth, smooth ride it was.
What I loved most about the new Ford Fiesta:
The engine’s power
Voted as the International Engine of the Year, this car can certainly get you where you want to go. The 1.0 litre EcoBoost delivers impressive fuel economy. Yet, it has incredible power – not what you’d expect of a 1.0 litre. Yet, its turbocharged 1.0 litre petrol engine can match a standard 1.6 litre petrol engine any day of the week. The cutting-edge design
Just look at it and you’ll know what I mean. Compact, yet roomy. Sporty and sexy. The perfect car for the young and trendy.
The incredible safety features
This car has seven airbags. There are airbags for the driver and front passenger. Front and back side and curtain airbags. Plus one for the driver’s knees. Made of boron steel it protects more so than standard high strength steel, it reinforces your Fiesta at key points, creating an extra level of safety around you.
The fantastic technology
With their amazing SYNC™ technology you are able to enjoy hands-free music, phone calls and texting. Yes, the car will read your texts out aloud for you. Find out more about the tech features here.
