When asked about the challenges that lie ahead, Faith said:
“I am honoured and humbled by the recognition I have received through this appointment. I am aware of the challenges that lie ahead. As the new leader of this team I know that a leader is just a team member with a bit more responsibility – being a part of a team is a core VW Value.”
As a mother of four children and a wife of ten years, Faith knows what it takes to balance working life with home life, even though she admits to it being a struggle that she continues to work on.
